Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over £30.

International Delivery
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Lost or Delayed Orders
